FacilProof (“we”, “our”, “us”) operates the FacilProof mobile application and web dashboard. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Information We Collect

• Account information: Name, email address, and password (encrypted)
• Organization data: Account name, team member roles and permissions
• Operational data: Inventory items, stock counts, task records, messages, shift logs
• Device information: Push notification tokens for delivering alerts
• Photos: Task completion photos and profile photos uploaded by users
• Usage data: App interactions to improve the service

How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the FacilProof service
• To send push notifications about task assignments, inventory alerts, and messages
• To generate reports and analytics for your organization
• To communicate service updates and support
• To improve app performance and user experience

Data Storage & Security

• All data is stored securely on Supabase (hosted on AWS)
• Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest
• Each organization's data is isolated by account with row-level security
• Authentication is handled via Supabase Auth with secure password hashing
• Photos are stored in encrypted cloud storage buckets

Data Sharing

• We do not sell your personal information
• We do not share your data with third-party advertisers
• Data is only shared within your organization's account as configured by your administrator
• We use the Expo Push Notification service to deliver push notifications
• We may share data if required by law or to protect our legal rights

Your Rights

• You may access, update, or delete your personal information through the app
• You may request a full export of your data
• You may request deletion of your account and all associated data
• Organization administrators can manage team member data and permissions

Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. Historical operational data (inventory counts, task records) is retained for reporting purposes. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

Children's Privacy

FacilProof is not intended for use by children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via the app or email.
