1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the FacilProof application (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

FacilProof provides facility operations management tools including inventory tracking, task management, team coordination, shift management, and reporting. The Service is available via mobile application (iOS and Android) and web dashboard.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• One person per account — accounts are not transferable

4. Organization Accounts

• Organization owners are responsible for managing team members and their permissions
• Organization owners may invite, remove, and configure permissions for team members
• All operational data belongs to the organization and is accessible by authorized team members

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful code
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm other users

6. Data & Content

• You retain ownership of all data and content you submit to the Service
• You grant us a license to store, process, and display your data to provide the Service
• We do not claim ownership of your inventory data, task records, or uploaded photos

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Termination

• You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
• Upon termination, your data may be deleted after a reasonable retention period

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FacilProof and Connies C&W, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We will notify users of material changes.
