Yes. FacilProof supports CSV import for inventory items, par levels, unit costs, and vendor assignments. You can also export your current inventory at any time. Most restaurants import once during setup and manage day-to-day inventory directly in the mobile app afterward.

How does FacilProof help with vendor orders?

After an inventory count, FacilProof generates order reports automatically grouped by vendor — Sysco, US Foods, PFG, or whatever distributors you use. Each item shows current count, par level, and quantity needed. You can email reports directly to vendors or use them as a shopping list.

Do I need special hardware?

No. FacilProof runs on any iPhone, Android phone, iPad, or computer. Staff use their personal phones or shared restaurant devices. The free mobile app installs from the App Store or Google Play. There is no cash register integration, no scanner, no kiosk required.

How are cleaning tasks documented?

Each cleaning task in FacilProof requires a photo at completion. The photo is timestamped and attributed to the specific staff member who completed it. Managers can review the full cleaning log by date, shift, or staff member from the web dashboard at facilproof.com.

Can FacilProof handle multiple restaurant locations?

Yes. FacilProof was built for multi-location operations. Each restaurant has its own dashboard, staff, inventory, and reporting. Owners and area managers can switch between locations or view consolidated rollups. Staff scheduling and training carry across all locations under one account.

Does it integrate with my POS or accounting system?

Not yet — FacilProof focuses on operations rather than sales or finance. CSV export lets you bring inventory counts and task data into your accounting workflow. Direct integrations with common POS and accounting systems are on the roadmap based on customer demand.
